本文介绍的法国六万五千吨模锻水压机活动横梁的平衡系统,是一个没有电气环节、对同步缸进行补偿、对回程缸进行节流的有差自动控制系统。整个系统由同步缸、回程缸、调节器和补偿器组成。为了保证系统在活动横梁工作行程不同速度时能正常工作,系统配有两种调节器,一种适应于高速,另一种适应于低速。由于是一个有差的控制系统,再加上各个环节存在着较大的阻尼,这就限制了平衡精度的提高。文中分析了系统的静态精度,但未对系统的动态品质进行分析计算。 This article describes the balance of the French 65,000 tons die forging hydraulic crossbeam system is a no electrical links to compensate for the synchronous cylinder, back cylinder throttling poor automatic control system.
