对河南某化工厂TNT作业工人劳动卫生调查结果发现,车间空气中TNT浓度多数均超过国家最高允许浓度(MAC=1mg/m3),工人皮肤污染严重。TNT接触组血清甘油三酯含量极显著低于对照组,而胆固醇含量极显著高于对照组。然而,HBsAg阳性组血清甘油三酯和胆固醇含量与对照组比较无明显差异,表明HBsAg阳性者,对肝脏脂肪代谢无影响,可考虑以血清甘油三酯和胆固醇水平的变化,作为评价TNT早期肝损伤的指标。
A survey of labor hygiene of TNT workers in a chemical plant in Henan found that most of the TNT concentrations in the air of the workshop exceeded the maximum allowable concentration of the country (MAC = 1 mg / m3) and the workers’ skin was seriously polluted. Serum triglyceride content in TNT exposure group was significantly lower than that in control group, while cholesterol content was significantly higher than that in control group. However, serum triglyceride and cholesterol levels in the HBsAg-positive group showed no significant difference compared with the control group, indicating that HBsAg-positive patients had no effect on the hepatic fat metabolism. Serum triglyceride and cholesterol levels may be considered as an indicator of early TNT Damage indicator.
