太平湾水电站水轮机型号为ZZ5604—LH—800,发电机型号SF47.5—88/12640,哈尔滨电机厂设计制造。发电机推力轴承为液压支柱式、推力瓦为12块薄瓦结构,镜板直径φ2900mm,推力轴承总载荷P=1250x10~3kg,每块瓦工作面积为S=2507cm~2,平均单位压力41.55kg/cm~2,偏心率为5.16%,偏心值为2.3cm,水导轴承为水润滑橡胶筒式轴承,额定转速68.2转/分。在液压支柱式推力轴承(简称弹性油箱)调整过程中,一种不正常现象引起我们对弹性油箱受力调整的探讨和尝试,并就此与同行们进行讨论。

The thrust bearing of the generator is hydraulic strut type. The thrust shroud is 12 thin-tile structure. The diameter of the mirror plate is φ2900mm. The total thrust load of the thrust bearing is P = 1250x10 ~ 3kg. The working area of each shingle is S = 2507cm ~ 2 and the average unit pressure is 41.55kg / cm ~ 2, the eccentricity of 5.16%, the eccentricity of 2.3cm, water-bearing bearings for the water-lubricated rubber tube bearings, the rated speed of 68.2 rev / min. During the adjustment process of the hydraulic prop-type thrust bearing (referred to as the flexible fuel tank), an abnormal phenomenon caused us to explore and try out the adjustment of the elastic force of the flexible fuel tank, and discussed with colleagues.
