慢性根尖周炎是口腔科的常见病、多发病,临床上多采用根管治疗的方法,然而,在临床实践中,根管治疗失败的病例也较为常见,从而给患者造成痛苦或致使患牙不得不拔出的后果[1]。2007—2010年我院对9例慢性根尖周炎患者采用根管治疗和塑化治疗联合应用的方法,临床效果满意。现报告如下。 Chronic apical periodontitis is a common disease in dentistry, frequently-occurring disease and the clinical use of root canal therapy, however, in clinical practice, the failure of root canal treatment is also more common, resulting in pain or suffering Tooth had to pull out the consequences [1].
