建立了偏置曲柄滑块机构工作行程最小传动角最大化问题的约束优化设计模型,提出了处理该模型中约束条件的自适应罚函数法。由于粒子群算法具有简单、高效的特点,因而应用该算法求解机构约束优化问题的全局最优解。给出了数值实例,并通过与已有结果的比较来表明新方法的有效性和稳健性。
A constrained optimization design model is established to maximize the minimum working angle of the working stroke of the biased crank-slider mechanism. An adaptive penalty function method is proposed to deal with the constraint conditions in this model. Because PSO is simple and efficient, this algorithm is applied to solve the global optimal solution of institutional constraint optimization problem. The numerical examples are given and the validity and robustness of the new method are demonstrated by comparison with the existing results.
