以复合改性剂KH570和聚乙二醇(PEG6000)的用量及反应条件为变量,用正交试验优化改性方案,研究复合改性剂对纳米TiO_2抗紫外性的影响。优化方案为:浓度为20%KH570和浓度为0.4%PEG6000以5∶5的质量配合比组成复合改性剂,用量为TiO_2溶液的5%(wt,质量分数),反应pH值为6,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为2h,超声30min。对改性后的纳米TiO_2进行SEM、粒度测试、FT-IR、紫外吸收分析,结果显示:复合改性剂KH570和PEG6000能有效减缓纳米TiO_2的团聚程度,改性纳米TiO_2添加量为3%(wt,质量分数)时,制得的TiO_2/PVC薄膜的抗紫外性能最佳,达到3.46Abs。
The effect of composite modifier on the UV resistance of nano-TiO 2 was studied by using orthogonal design and optimization of the compound modifier (KH570) and polyethylene glycol (PEG6000) as the variables.
