目的 观察兔角膜碱烧伤后形态学变化与泪液中胶原酶含量变化间的关系。方法 用兔角膜碱烧伤模型观察角膜形态变化，并测定泪液中所含胶原酶量。结果 碱烧伤后ｄ１ 至ｄ４ 泪液中的胶原酶含量逐渐上升，尔后逐渐下降，至后期又有所上升。结论 角膜碱烧伤后泪液中胶原酶的含量变化与角膜碱烧伤后形成的上皮缺损面积呈正相关。
Objective To observe the morphological changes of corneal alkali burns in rabbits and tear collagen content in the changes. Methods Corneal alkali burn model was used to observe the morphological changes of cornea and the amount of collagenase in tear fluid was measured. Results Collagenase in d1 to d4 tears gradually increased after alkali burns, and then gradually decreased, and then increased in later period. Conclusion The change of collagenase content in tear fluid after corneal alkali burn is positively correlated with the area of epithelial defect formed after corneal alkali burn.
