20GW紧凑Marx型重复频率脉冲驱动源研制进展

介绍了一种基于电触发技术的重复频率脉冲驱动源,其突破了双电容结构脉冲成形、紧凑型结构高压产生、大电流条件下重复频率稳定运行等关键技术,采用电路结构最简单的Marx电压叠加技术,解决了Marx在重复频率运行中的技术难点。脉冲功率驱动源设计输出功率20GW、脉冲宽度180ns、重复频率1~50Hz,输出功率和重复频率在一定范围内可调。研制的脉冲功率驱动源体积仅2.5m~3,重量低至2.2t,脉冲形成单元储能密度高达23kJ·m~(-3),驱动源单次工作状态下输出功率约20GW;在重复频率30 Hz工作状态下,输出功率16GW、连续运行时间10s、系统抖动约6ns,系统运行稳定可靠。 This paper introduces a kind of repetitive frequency pulse driving source based on electrical triggering technology, which breaks through the key technologies such as pulse shaping of double capacitor structure, high voltage generation of compact structure and repetitive frequency stable operation under high current conditions. The simplest Marx voltage Overlay technology to solve the technical difficulties of Marx in the repetition frequency operation. Pulsed power drive source design output power 20GW, pulse width 180ns, repetition frequency 1 ~ 50Hz, output power and repetition frequency adjustable in a certain range. The developed pulsed power drive source has a volume of only 2.5m ~ 3, a weight as low as 2.2t, an impulse energy density of up to 23kJ · m ~ 3 and a output power of about 20GW in a single operation of the driving source. Under the working condition of 30 Hz, the output power is 16GW, the continuous running time is 10s, the system jitter is about 6ns, and the system runs stably and reliably.
