单板机控制1000路数据采集装置是为电视调谐器高温老化自动测试设备而设计的。设备对数据采集装置提出的技术要求有:1.数据采集的路数可由键盘任意设定,最多达1000路;2.每一路采集3个点;3.数据采集的起始路号可由键盘设定:4.数据采集的间隔时间可由键盘设定,最大间隔时间可达25.5h;5.数据采集精度优于士3％;6.采集速率≥10次/s。
