本文研究了日本血吸虫有氧代谢中的柠檬酸代谢酶系,测定了血吸虫该酶系统的各酶活力,进一步证明了有氧代谢在血吸虫能量代谢中的意义。并在此基础上发现了柠檬酸代谢抑制剂氟乙酸钠对血吸虫具有强烈的杀虫作用,给从生化研究寻找新药的工作增添了新的一例。
In this paper, citric acid metabolic enzymes in the aerobic metabolism of Schistosoma japonicum were studied, and the activity of each enzyme in the enzyme system of Schistosoma japonicum was determined, which further proved the significance of aerobic metabolism in the energy metabolism of schistosome. On this basis, it was found that sodium citrate metabolism inhibitor sodium fluoroacetate has a strong insecticidal effect on schistosomiasis, adding a new example to the search for new drugs from biochemical research.
