目的:分析红冠紫菀挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS联用法对红冠紫菀挥发油的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。结果:共鉴定出48个化合物,占总挥发油的80.32%。结论:红冠紫菀挥发油的主要成分为匙叶桉油烯醇(8.17%)、1-甲基-4-[甲基乙基]环己烯(6.56%)、吉玛烯B(6.12%)、吉玛烯D(5.99%)、4,11,11-三甲基-8-亚甲基-双环[7.2.0]-4-十一碳烯(5.07%)、2,6,6-三甲基-双环[3.1.1]-2-庚烯(4.83%)、石竹烯氧化物(3.14%)、喇叭茶萜醇(2.72%)、α-石竹烯(2.48%)、α-杜松醇(2.36%)。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Radix Asterifolia. METHODS: The chemical constituents of the volatile oil of A. purpurea were isolated and identified by GC-MS. Results: A total of 48 compounds were identified, accounting for 80.32% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion: The main constituents of the volatile oil from the red crown purpura are cotyledon (8.17%), 1-methyl-4-[methylethyl]cyclohexene (6.56%), and gemene B (6.12%). , gemascene D (5.99%), 4,11,11-trimethyl-8-methylene-bicyclo[7.2.0]-4-undecene (5.07%), 2,6,6- Trimethyl-bicyclo[3.1.1]-2-heptene (4.83%), caryophyllene oxide (3.14%), catechin (2.72%), α-caryophyllene (2.48%), α-du Pine alcohol (2.36%).
