目的 探讨热应激或热休克蛋白 70 hom (HSP70 hom)基因型与高原反应易感性间的关系 ,为发现和保护易感人群提供依据。方法 随机选取武警战士 2 2 9人 ,其中 5 6人有高原反应者为病例组 ,173人无高原反应者为对照组。应用聚合酶链反应 -限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR RFLP)分析方法 ,研究两组观察对象中HSP70 hom的基因型分布情况。结果 病例组HSP70 homA/A基因型的频率明显高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 HSP70 homA/A基因型的机体可能存在应激能力较弱的问题 ,这有助于在特定职业人群中发现和保护这些个体 ,为保障健康 ,提高工作效率提供科学依据
Objective To investigate the relationship between the heat stress or the heat shock protein 70 hom (HSP70 hom) genotype and susceptibility to altitude sickness, and to provide evidence for the detection and protection of susceptible population. Methods A total of 299 Armed Police Corps soldiers were randomly selected. Among them, 56 cases had plateau responders as case group and 173 cases without plateau responders as control group. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR RFLP) analysis was used to investigate the genotype distribution of HSP70 hom in both groups. Results The frequency of HSP70 homA / A genotype in case group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The HSP70 homA / A genotype may have the problem of low stress ability in the body, which helps to find and protect these individuals in specific occupational groups and provide a scientific basis for safeguarding health and improving work efficiency
