以单板的4种加工工艺(螺纹切削、淬火切削、螺纹挤压以及热熔钻)和组合板厚度为影响因素,对28组(202个试件)普通钢板作为螺母时的螺栓承载力进行试验研究.试验表明:单板螺栓承载力随板厚增加而显著增加,螺纹挤压工艺是较为理想加工方式;相同螺栓直径,螺栓承载力组合板随板厚增加而增大,但当组合板厚达到16mm之后(螺纹圈数接近8),承载力增长趋势减缓;组合板加工工艺的质量对螺栓承载力有显著影响.
Taking the four kinds of veneer processing technology (thread cutting, quenching cutting, screw extrusion and hot melt drilling) and the thickness of the composite board as the influencing factors, the bolt bearing capacity of 28 sets (202 specimens) of common steel plate as nuts The test results show that the bearing capacity of veneer bolts increases significantly with the increase of thickness, and the thread extrusion process is an ideal machining method.
