随着医院内部管理模式和运行机制的转变,绩效管理逐渐得到管理者的高度重视,医院绩效管理是充分发挥员工积极性的有效管理工具,对于规范医院运行机制、提高医院的运行效率具有十分重要的现实意义。如何发挥医院绩效管理在医院经营管理中的作用,构建医院绩效管理体系,是当前医院绩效管理关注的焦点。本文以医院绩效管理问切入点,在分析医院绩效管理体系的主要内容的基础上,探讨了构建医院绩效管理体系框架的策略,以期提高医院绩效管理水平。
