三氯乙烯(化学式CHCl=CCl_2)是良好的有机溶剂,它广泛地应用于精密零件和无线电元件制造工艺的清洗脱脂工序中。但是迄今为止,有关三氯乙烯在热工作状态下的性能情况尚无实用的数据资料。按照一般概念,三氯乙烯属稳定的有机化合物,应该对金属材料不具有腐蚀作用,然而我们在制造三氯乙烯脱脂设备的实践过程中,发现工业用三氯乙烯在热工作状态下,几乎对常用金属材料都具有腐蚀效应。显然,掌握与了解这一效应对于清洗工艺、设备制造和维修保养都是必要的。
Trichlorethylene (chemical formula CHCl = CCl_2) is a good organic solvent, it is widely used in precision parts and radio components manufacturing process of cleaning degreasing process. However, up to now, there is no practical data on the performance of trichlorethylene under hot working conditions. According to the general concept of trichlorethylene is a stable organic compounds, should not have a corrosive effect on metal materials, but we in the manufacture of trichlorethylene degreasing equipment in the practice and found that industrial trichlorethylene in the thermal state, almost Common metal materials have a corrosive effect. Obviously, mastery and understanding of this effect are necessary for cleaning processes, equipment manufacture and maintenance.
