利用工业脂肪酶,以菜籽油为原料,研究甲醇的加入方式、脂肪酶加入量、温度变化、醇油比、有机溶剂用量对生物柴油产率的影响,并根据以上因子进行正交实验,得出了最佳实验条件.结果表明,温度为45℃,脂肪酶添加量为菜籽油量的3%,醇油比为2∶1,用与菜籽油的摩尔比为1∶1的正己烷作为溶剂,同时间歇性滴加正己烷,反应至40h,转化率达到72%.
Using industrial lipase, using rapeseed oil as raw material, the effects of adding methanol, adding amount of lipase, temperature, alcohol-oil ratio and organic solvent on the yield of biodiesel were studied. According to the above factors, The optimum experimental conditions were obtained.The results showed that the temperature was 45 ℃, the amount of lipase added was 3% of rapeseed oil, the ratio of alcohol to oil was 2:1, and the molar ratio of rapeseed oil to rapeseed oil was 1: 1 N-hexane as a solvent while n-hexane was added dropwise intermittently, and the reaction was carried out until 40 h with a conversion of 72%.
