目的分析胎儿桡骨缺失或发育不全畸形的产前超声诊断价值。方法回顾在平煤神马医疗集团总医院经产前超声诊断的8例桡骨缺失或发育不全畸形胎儿,分析胎儿产前超声诊断情况。结果 8例桡骨缺失或发育不全畸形胎儿经超声确诊,在本院接受引产及X线诊断,其结果与超声诊断结果相一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.0 5)。结论对胎儿桡骨缺失或发育不全畸形采取产前超声诊断,影像特征极其典型,加强产妇产前诊断,同时联合孕中期超声检查,可提高胎儿先天性畸形检出率。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the value of prenatal diagnosis of fetal radial deformity or hypoplasia. Methods 8 cases of radial deformity or hypoplastic malformation fetus diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound in Pingdingshan Shenma Medical Group General Hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and the prenatal ultrasound diagnosis was analyzed. Results 8 cases of radial deformity or hypoplasia were diagnosed by ultrasound, fetus induction and X-ray diagnosis in our hospital. The result was consistent with the results of ultrasound diagnosis. The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.0 5). Conclusions Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal radial deformity or hypoplasia can be used to diagnose fetus congenital malformations. The imaging features are extremely typical. Prenatal diagnosis of the fetus is strengthened. Combined with the second trimester ultrasound examination can increase the detection rate of congenital malformations.
