思想政治工作是我国建设公司的一项长期而又复杂的系统工程,不仅是确保安全生产的保证,更是政治稳定的保障,非毕其功于一役所能奏效。由于经济体制的日益完善,我国建设公司政工队伍建设呈现出许多新的特征,新形势下,如何加强政工队伍建设并实现创新,是摆在我们面前的一个重要的课题。本文基于对当前新形势的分析,深入探析了政工队伍建设的对策,提出了一些切实可行的策略。 Ideological and political work is a long-term and complex systematic project for China’s construction companies. It is not only a guarantee for ensuring safe production, but also a guarantee for political stability. It can only be effective if it does not accomplish anything. As the economic system has been increasingly perfected, the construction of the political team of construction companies in our country has presented many new features. Under the new circumstances, how to strengthen the construction of the political workforce and achieve innovation is an important topic before us. Based on the analysis of the current new situation, this paper analyzes in depth the countermeasures for the construction of political workers and puts forward some feasible strategies.
