针对目前某型现役航空发动机无法准确计算循环寿命的突出问题,利用Silicon Labs公司的C8051F340微处理器技术设计并开发了一套实时记录航空发动机循环寿命的系统,详细介绍利用可编程计数器/定时器阵列(PCA)技术采集发动机高低压转速信号,并通过软件滤波、无效幅值去除、雨流计数等算法计算发动机循环寿命。该系统可实时记录某型发动机循环寿命,有效防止发动机寿命的损耗,为发动机的延寿奠定数据基础。系统可靠性高,效果良好。
Aiming at the outstanding problem that a certain type of active aviation engine can not accurately calculate the cycle life, this paper designs and develops a real-time system to record the cycle life of the aeroengine by using the C8051F340 microprocessor technology from Silicon Labs. The system uses the programmable counter / timer The array (PCA) technology collects the engine high and low pressure speed signals and calculates the engine cycle life through software filtering, invalid amplitude removal, rain flow counting and other algorithms. The system can record a certain type of engine cycle life in real time, effectively prevent the loss of engine life, lay the data foundation for the extension of life of the engine. System reliability, good effect.
