Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a circular partially double-stranded DNA virus that differs in many properties from other known human viruses. Although at the molecular level conducted a more in-depth study, but so far on the liver mechanism of HBV has not been satisfactorily explained. In 1979, Imai et al. Confirmed that HBV has a receptor that binds to human serum albumin (PHSA). Thung et al., In 1982, confirmed that there are also PHSA receptors on the surface of hepatocytes. Therefore, many scholars put forward that the PHSA on HBV through the bridge mediation of PHSA in order to achieve the purpose of hepatic function. In order to study the bridging mediation of PHSA in hepatic steatohepatitis, the author focused on the detection of the combination of PHSA and HBV in the blood circulation by ELISA, and the brief report is as follows.
