在我国社会经济的不断发展下,企业人力资源绩效管理备受关注,积极提高企业人力资源竞争性与绩效管理的完善性,可进一步推动企业的可持续发展与进步。换而言之,在人力资源管理中企业绩效管理体系占据了重要底部,在对其体系进行构建的时候,需要从现实角度出发,综合考虑,真正提高企业人力资源管理的水平与质量。
With the continuous development of social economy in our country, the performance management of human resources in enterprises has drawn much attention and actively improved the competitiveness of human resources and the perfection of performance management, which can further promote the sustainable development and progress of enterprises. In other words, in the human resource management, the enterprise performance management system occupies an important bottom. When constructing its system, it is necessary to consider it from a realistic point of view and truly improve the level and quality of human resource management in the enterprise.
