70年代末,电液比例控制技术开始应用于组合机床自动线的零件高速输送。采用这种技术的输送系统,具有结构紧凑、输送速度高、起动和减速平稳和位置精度高等特点,因而得到广泛应用。 电液比例控制技术在组合机床动力部件的进给控制中也得到了应用,从而使动力部件的快速进给提高到16m/min,工作进给达1000mm/min(位置精度达±3μm,由快速进给到定位所需时间为30ms)。
