蝶鞍部为仅次于大脑半球之顱内肿瘤好发部位,自1952年7月至1959年12月,我科共收治顱内肿瘤病人610例,均经手术及病理检查证实,其中蝶鞍部肿瘤114例,占18.7％,其病理分类见表一。现分析临床材料,并对诊断及治疗加以讨论。垂体瘤中嫌色性腺瘤51例,年龄自16至59岁,21—30间多见。最初症状多为头痛、视力及性功能障碍。有视力碍障者占98.6％,88.2％有头痛,68.8％有性功能障碍。亦常见身体发胖,嘔吐较少见,少数有力弱易疲劳,多飮多尿及意识障碍。一例于情绪激动时有面颈部发红、发胀感、心跳及手足发麻之罕见症状。半数以上视野有双顳侧偏盲,眼底大多有原发性视神经萎缩。腰椎穿刺压力大多正常,脑脊液蛋白可增多,个别的白细胞轻度增多。基础代谢率大多降低,糖耐量亦常减低。顱象 Sella department is second only to the cerebral hemispheres of the brain tumor site, from 1952 to December 1959, our department received a total of 610 patients with intracranial tumors were confirmed by surgery and pathology, including sella 114 cases, accounting for 18.7%, the pathological classification in Table 1.
