目前,放射治疗仍是鼻咽癌最有效和已经肯定的治疗方法。电离辐射作用于机体时免疫系统经常出现变化,这些变化对理解放射生物效应的发展过程及其机理十分重要,尤其是为阐明放射损伤并发感染的发生机理及为其防治提供理论基础。过去大部分有关辐射对机体免疫功能影响的研究资科是由动物实验获得的。引用于人体时则须要考虑到人与动物免疫系统之间的差异。因此对人体的直接观察非常重要,特别是对各种疾病放射治疗时,机体免疫功能的观察,更具有实际意义。
At present, radiotherapy is still the most effective and confirmed treatment for nasopharyngeal cancer. When the ionizing radiation acts on the body, the immune system often changes. These changes are very important for understanding the development process and mechanism of the radiation biological effect, especially for clarifying the mechanism of radiation injury and providing a theoretical basis for its prevention and treatment. Most of the past research resources on the effects of radiation on the body’s immune function were obtained from animal experiments. When referring to the human body, it is necessary to take into account the differences between human and animal immune systems. Therefore, direct observation of the human body is very important, especially for the radiation treatment of various diseases, the observation of the body’s immune function is more practical.
