实验以卵形鲳鲹(Trachinotusovatus)为实验对象,研究豆粕替代不同水平的鱼粉饲料中添加晶体蛋氨酸(Met)对卵形鲳鲹生长性能及体组成的影响。实验共设计11种饲料:1种基础饲料(Diet 1)和10种实验饲料(Diet 2~11),各实验组以豆粕为植物性蛋白源,对鱼粉进行替代。其中,Diet 2~5分别为10%、20%、30%和50%替代鱼粉组,并分别添加0.08%、0.15%、0.21%和0.36%DL-蛋氨酸和0.13%、0.24%、0.36%和0.60%赖氨酸盐酸盐,以使其氨基酸模式(包括蛋氨酸和赖氨酸)与基础饲料一致;Diet 6~9为Diet 2~5的不添加蛋氨酸的对照组;Diet 10、Diet 11分别为Diet 3、Diet 5的不添加赖氨酸盐酸盐的对照组。实验共分11组,每组设3个平行,每箱25尾鱼,初始鱼重为18 g,实验周期为8周。实验结果表明:在饲料中额外添加一定量蛋氨酸和赖氨酸,豆粕替代鱼粉高达50%对生长无不利影响;在20%豆粕替代鱼粉水平上,额外添加0.15%DL-Met和0.24%Lys-HCl(78%)可获得优于基础鱼粉组的最大生长;在以豆粕为鱼粉替代蛋白源时,赖氨酸不是第一限制性氨基酸。
In this study, Trachinotus ovatus was used as experimental object to study the effect of soybean meal on growth performance and body composition of ovate pompano with different levels of dietary methionine (Met). In this experiment, 11 kinds of feed were designed: one kind of basic diet (Diet 1) and 10 kinds of experimental diet (Diet 2 ~ 11). Each experimental group used soybean meal as plant protein source to replace fishmeal. Dietary supplementation with 10%, 20%, 30% and 50% Diet 2 to 5 respectively supplemented with 0.08%, 0.15%, 0.21% and 0.36% DL-methionine and 0.13%, 0.24% and 0.36% 0.60% lysine hydrochloride to make its amino acid pattern (including methionine and lysine) consistent with the basic diet; Diet 6 to 9 Diet 2, Diet 5, Diet 5, Diet 11, Diet 11 Diet 3, Diet 5 without lysine hydrochloride control group. The experiment was divided into 11 groups, each set 3 parallel, 25 fish per box, the initial fish weight was 18 g, the experimental period was 8 weeks. The results showed that adding a certain amount of methionine and lysine to the feed, soybean meal instead of fishmeal up to 50% had no adverse effect on growth; additionally adding 0.15% DL-Met and 0.24% Lys- HCl (78%) yielded the greatest growth over the base fish meal group; lysine was not the first limiting amino acid when soybean meal was used as the alternative meal source for fishmeal.
