為了提高在職小學教師的文化、科學知識及業務水平,使他們能勝任『五年一貫制』的教學任務,我們於一九五一年二月初開試辦函授師範學校,先後在撫順、鞍山、本溪三市及輯安、臨江等十個縣市招收语文、數學兩种學員共一六六三名,按学員的文化水平編為兩班,進行函授教学。在這一段教學工作中,我們有以下幾點體會: 一组織領導問題 我們是和各縣市文教科(局)取得密切聯系,共同組織函授數學的。一年來的經驗證明,在教學工作中,行政领導的重視是一個重要問題。各縣市文教科(局)首先必須保證學習時間;不然教學工作就會發生許多困難,收不到應有的效果。
