本文叙述了用反相高效液相色谱-紫外检测法测定人体血浆中甲硝唑,在实验中加装一前置放大器提高了灵敏度,检测限达到2.0 ×10~(-9)克,并提供了十二名健康志愿受试者在不同时间内的血药浓度以供药物动力学的研究,在血浆处理上用过氯酸和无水乙醇作了比较试验。
This article describes the determination of metronidazole in human plasma by RP-HPLC with a preamplifier added to the assay to increase sensitivity with a limit of detection of 2.0 × 10 -9 gram. Plasma concentrations of twelve healthy volunteer subjects at different times were studied for pharmacokinetics and compared with plasma treatment using perchloric acid and absolute ethanol.
