1.案例的意义。从M型组织理论的分析视角出发,研究国有企业的改革过程中的内部结构变迁问题,与国有企业改革的产权理论、委托—代理理论等传统研究视角相比,具有一定的新意;论文选取的案例——G企业,是一个具有60年历史的大型全资国有企业,以此案例研究国有企业改革过程中的内部组织结构变迁,具有一定的代表性和典型性,能够从微观的角度反映国有企业内部组织结构的动态变迁过程。
