中国卫生经济网络第二期旗舰计划师资培训班于1999年5月10～26日在华西医科大学卫生管理培训中心圆满举办。由世界银行学院(WBI)主持的卫生改革与可持续性筹资“旗舰计划,于1998年6月开始在我国实施。该计划是为世界银行贷款国提供技术指导和人才培训的一个专门项目,目的是支持参与国的卫生改革。 为完成本次培训计划,世界银行学院特邀请了著名的美国哈佛大学经济学教授马可·罗伯茨、政策研究教授托马斯·伯斯特,德国慕尼黑大学经济学教授约根·华生,大连理工大学管理学教
The training course for the second phase of the China Health Economics Network’s flagship program was successfully held at the Health Management Training Center of Huaxi Medical University from May 10 to May 26, 1999. The flagship plan for health reform and sustainable financing, chaired by the World Bank Institute (WBI), was implemented in China in June 1998. The plan is a special project to provide technical guidance and personnel training for World Bank loan countries. It is to support the health reforms of participating countries.To complete this training program, the World Bank Institute has invited famous American Harvard economics professor Marco Roberts, policy research professor Thomas Burst, and professor of economics at the University of Munich, Germany.
