应用经作者改良的乳酸脱氢酶(LUH)释放法,测定了健康男性和女性(18～25岁)各30名的外周血NK细胞活性。其正常值相应为37.15±10.98%和38.48±14.69%。健康成人的NK细胞活性正常值为37.82±12.54%。
Peripheral blood NK cell activity was measured in 30 healthy and male (18 to 25 years old) individuals using the modified lactate dehydrogenase (LUH) release assay. The normal values were 37.15 ± 10.98% and 38.48 ± 14.69%, respectively. The normal NK cell activity of healthy adults was 37.82 ± 12.54%.
