目的:观察血管内皮生长因子在子宫腺肌病的腺上皮细胞胞浆中的表达,探讨血管内皮生长因子在子宫腺肌病中的表达意义。方法:方法:选取清远市妇幼保健院手术治疗的患者40例作为观察组,并纳入同时期来本院进行手术的子宫肌瘤患者40例作为对照组。对两组患者组织中的血管内皮生长因子表达水平分为分泌期及增生期的差异进行统计比较。结果:患者的血管内皮生长因子在子宫腺肌病中的位内膜分泌期中在高表达,较在位内膜增生期,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血管内皮生长因子在腺肌病在位内膜增生期与分泌期的表达均分别高于在正常内膜增生期与分泌期的表达,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫腺肌病病灶及在位内膜中血管内皮生长因子的表达上调,所以可以推断血管内皮生长因子参与了子宫腺肌病的发生与发展过程。
Objective: To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the cytoplasm of glandular epithelial cells of adenomyosis and to explore the significance of vascular endothelial growth factor in adenomyosis. Methods: Forty patients with surgical treatment of MCH hospital in Qingyuan City were selected as the observation group and included 40 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent surgery in the same period as the control group. Two groups of patients with vascular endothelial growth factor expression level divided into secretory phase and proliferative phase differences were statistically compared. Results: The level of vascular endothelial growth factor in adenomyosis was higher than that in eutopic endometrium during adenomyosis (P <0.05). The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in eutopic endometrium during endometriosis and secretory phase was higher than that in normal endometrial hyperplasia and secretory phase, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in adenomyosis and eutopic endometrium is upregulated, so it can be concluded that VEGF is involved in the development and progression of adenomyosis.
