采用纤支镜肺活检术,对高原肺水肿患者及同海拔健康者各8名进行了观察,对活检所得的肺组织做了光镜检查。发现患者肺泡里开放状态,肺泡腔内充满大量水肿液、红细胞及中性白细胞,肺泡隔增宽水肿,隔内毛细血管扩张瘀血。作者认为高原肺水肿患者的肺血管形态学改变,在高原肺水肿形成过程中起着重要作用。
Fiberoptic bronchoscopy biopsy was used to observe the patients with high altitude pulmonary edema and the same elevation of 8 were observed lung biopsy obtained by light microscopy. Found that patients with open alveolar state, alveolar cavity filled with a large number of edema fluid, red blood cells and neutrophils, alveolar septum widening edema, separated capillaries dilatant blood stasis. The author believes that pulmonary vascular morphological changes in patients with high altitude pulmonary edema play an important role in the formation of high altitude pulmonary edema.
