蓝花籽系十字花科萝卜属为一年或二年生草本植物,适应性强,生育期较短,且有耐瘠、耐旱、耐寒特点。适宜我省的山区、高寒山区栽培。根据其生育特性,一般分为春蓝花籽(简称春籽、下同)和秋蓝花籽(简称秋籽、下同)两种类型。蓝花籽含油量较高(33～50％)、油质佳(芥酸23.4％、油酸22.5％、亚油酸28.8％)是优良食用油。饼枯蛋白质含量高(50％左右)、硫代葡萄糖甙含量低(0.3％以下),是优质饲料。其氮、磷、钾含量较高(分别为
