本文探索了富裕资本主义经济中的“福利变工作”或“工利国家”不断演变的伦理基础。本文首先讨论了有关的历史背景,接着批判地分析了对立的道德论述和责任的伦理概念。在此基础上,对分析“福利变工作”的各种不同理论途径进行了探索性的分类。本文最后对主流的“福利变工作”理论进行了批判,并且认为这些理论,重则是对人权的一种冒犯;轻则可被看作是在伦理上态度模糊不清,因为它们没有解决人们的工作需要(相对于工作责任而言)问题。
This essay explores the evolving ethical basis of “welfare work” or “industrialized countries” in affluent capitalist economies. This article begins with a discussion of the relevant historical context and then critically analyzes the ethical discourse of contradictory ethics and the ethical concept of responsibility. On this basis, we explored the different theoretical approaches to the analysis of “Welfare Change Work”. In the end, the article criticizes the mainstream theories of “welfare work” and considers them as an affront to human rights, which can be regarded as ethically ambiguous because they have no Solving people’s jobs requires (as opposed to job responsibilities) problems.
