随着医学教育事业的迅猛发展,提高医学高职专科生的就业竞争力和职业发展能力是职业生涯发展与就业指导课的关键。我校构建了“全程化”和“体验式”教学模式,在新生入校后即开始根据不同年级学生成长规律和成长特点,实施大学三年级全过程职业生涯规划的认识、制定、修改、完善;分年级、分专业、分层次,进行多方位的指导,把就业指导贯穿于学生专业培养的全过程,真正实现学生能强化职业意识,提高职业能力,合理定位,充分就业。
