“订单式”人才培养模式作为校企双方实现共同育人的一种新形式,能满足现今旅游市场对从业人员应用性强的高要求。以重庆某高职院校旅游管理专业开设的“远洲班”“文化英才班”为例,对“订单式”人才培养模式在高职旅游管理专业实施过程中存在的问题进行分析,发现订单培养在实施过程中有一定的限制条件,并在此基础上构建出“多方联动”的“订单式”人才培养模式,以提高旅游人才的培养质量。
“Order ” personnel training mode as a new form of school-enterprise mutual co-education, to meet the current tourist market practitioners strong application requirements. Taking the “Far-Eastern Class” and “Cultural Talents Class” opened by tourism management major in a higher vocational college of Chongqing as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the “order-type” talent training mode in the implementation of tourism management major in higher vocational education The paper analyzes the problems and finds that there are certain restrictions in the implementation of order training. On the basis of this, we can build the “order ” personnel training mode to improve the training quality of tourism talents.
