在中式浓香特色烟叶生产中,为替代化学肥料和农药,在潍坊市的诸城、安丘和高密3个产烟县(市)进行了沼液在烟叶生产上的使用效果试验。初步结果表明,沼液能够促进烟苗生长,提高烟苗茎高、茎围和根重,同时可以改善烤烟株高、叶数和腰叶面积等农艺性状;沼液处理能较好地改善烟叶等级结构,提高烟叶产量、产值、均价和上等烟比例,平均分别提高了4.02%、8.59%、4.38%和8.15%;沼液对烟草病毒病、黑胫病和赤星病有较好的防治效果,病害发病率分别降低了59.96%、55.56%和19.05%,对烟蚜也有一定的防治效果,沼液处理后,烟蚜虫口数量明显下降。综合分析,沼液对促进烟草生长、防治烟草病虫害、提高烟草质量有积极作用,具有一定应用前景。
In the production of Chinese-style fragrant tobacco, in order to replace chemical fertilizers and pesticides, the effect of using biogas slurry in tobacco production was tested in three producing tobacco counties (cities) in Zhucheng, Anqiu and Gaomi in Weifang. The preliminary results showed that biogas slurry could promote the growth of tobacco seedlings, increase stem height, stem circumference and root weight of tobacco seedlings, and also improve agronomic traits such as height, number of leaves and area of leaf and leaf of flue-cured tobacco. Hierarchical structure increased the yield, output value, average price and the proportion of superior tobacco by 4.02%, 8.59%, 4.38% and 8.15% on average respectively. Biogas slurry had better tobacco virus disease, black shank and brown spot disease The control effect and disease incidence were reduced by 59.96%, 55.56% and 19.05%, respectively, and also had some preventive and control effects on the tobacco aphids. After the biogas slurry was treated, the population of the tobacco aphid population decreased significantly. Comprehensive analysis, biogas slurry to promote tobacco growth, prevention and control of tobacco pests and diseases, improve the quality of tobacco has a positive effect, has certain application prospects.
