介绍了汽车底盘用铸态铁素体球墨铸铁在室温到液氮温度的力学性能和断裂机制。大量研究和试验结果表明L[1.2]铸态铁素体球墨铸铁在常温下的力学性能与退火态铁素体球墨铸铁几乎没有差别。但铸态铁素体球铁的低温力学性能如何,目前尚缺乏系统研究。铸态铁素体球铁,如同其它体心立方金属一样,在低温下往往产生脆性破坏,也就是材料从高温到低温,随着温度的变化,常发生塑性韧性显著降低的脆性转化。
The mechanical properties and fracture mechanism of as-cast ferritic nodular cast iron for automobile chassis from room temperature to liquid nitrogen temperature are introduced. Numerous studies and experimental results show that the mechanical properties of L [1.2] as-cast ferritic ductile iron at room temperature are almost the same as that of annealed ferritic nodular cast iron. However, the mechanical properties of as-cast ferrite ductile iron at low temperature, the current lack of systematic research. As-cast ferritic ductile iron, like other body-centered cubic metals, tends to produce brittle failure at low temperatures, ie, from high to low temperatures of the material, with brittle transformations that exhibit significantly reduced ductility in toughness as temperatures change.
