为了建立广泛适用的天然气管道过量塑性变形的极限状态方程,本文对塑性变形阶段有效应力与有效应变之间的关系进行了研究,重点分析了固体力学中常用的Ramberg-Osgood方程及其关键参数的选取。通过研究,建立了简单适用的Ramberg-Osgood方程,给出了天然气管道几种常用钢级的硬化指数n的取值方法和范围。本文对建立天然气管道过量塑性变形的极限状态方程和高设计系数天然气管道的试压控制有重要的指导作用。
In order to establish the limit state equation of extensive plastic deformation of natural gas pipeline widely used in this paper, the relationship between effective stress and effective strain in plastic deformation stage is studied in this paper. The Ramberg-Osgood equation commonly used in solid mechanics and its key parameters Select. Through the research, a simple Ramberg-Osgood equation is established, and the method and range of the hardening index n for several commonly used steel grades of natural gas pipeline are given. This article has an important guiding role in establishing the limit state equation of excessive plastic deformation in natural gas pipelines and in controlling the test pressure of natural gas pipelines with high design factors.
