目的探讨中西医结合治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法对68例老年带状疱疹患者采用中西药内服、外敷、穴位注射进行治疗,观察其疗效。结果治愈率为82.35%,好转率为16.18%,无效率为1.47%,总有效率为98.53%。结论本组采用中西药内服、外敷、穴位注射的中西医结合治疗,对老年带状疱疹疗效显著,病程短,后遗神经痛少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on herpes zoster. Methods 68 cases of elderly patients with herpes zoster oral administration of Chinese and Western medicine, external application, acupuncture points for treatment, to observe its efficacy. Results The cure rate was 82.35%, the improvement rate was 16.18%, the inefficiency rate was 1.47% and the total effective rate was 98.53%.
