本文从分析常规游梁抽油机的运动规律入手,建立了非对称循环常规抽油机的运动指标m_a方程,求极值后归纳出一元六次方程,求解得优化四连杆的比值;据平衡原理,可确定平衡重最佳后置角。应用上述结果,可作出“平衡重后置”CYJ5—2.7—26B型常规抽油机的改进设计。从装机功率和减速箱曲柄轴扭矩的角度来分析,改进后的抽油机结构合理,经济效果显著,在油田生产中有推广应用价值。
Based on the analysis of the motion law of the conventional beam pumping unit, this paper established the m_a equation of the motion index of the conventional pumping unit with asymmetric circulation. After obtaining the extremum value, the linear equations of the sixth order were summarized and the ratio of the four- Balance principle, can determine the balance weight of the best rear angle. Application of the above results, can be made “balance weight rear” CYJ5-2.7-26B conventional pumping unit improved design. From the perspective of installed power and gearbox crankshaft torque, the improved pumping unit has a reasonable structure and significant economic effect, which has the promotion and application value in oilfield production.
