利用半微分阴极扫描伏安法,对农药甲基1605中的游离和易水解的产物对硝基苯酚、总对硝基苯酚的测定进行了研究。发现在室温下,pH6.4的磷酸氢二钠和柠檬酸底液中,在-0.9V处对硝基苯酚有一灵敏对称的还原峰,在3.0×10~(-7)~3.0×10~(-5)mol·dm~(-3)浓度范围内,峰高与浓度有很好的线性关系,其相关系数在0.999以上。检测限为3.0×10~(-5)mol·dm~(-3)。并对实样进行了测定,结果满意。
The semi-differential cathodic scan voltammetry was used to study the determination of p-nitrophenol and total p-nitrophenol in the free and hydrolyzable products of pesticide methyl 1605. It was found that there was a sensitive and symmetrical reduction peak for p-nitrophenol at -0.9 V at pH6.4 in disodium hydrogen phosphate and citric acid at room temperature at 3.0 × 10 ~ (-7) ~ 3.0 × 10 ~ In the concentration range of (-5) mol · dm -3, the peak height has a good linear relationship with the concentration, and the correlation coefficient is above 0.999. The detection limit is 3.0 × 10 ~ (-5) mol · dm -3. The samples were measured and the results were satisfactory.
