近年来三亚宾馆住宿业蓬勃发展,宾馆旅租数量的不断增加使得经济型酒店的相互竞争日趋激烈。移动互联时代下的消费者在选择酒店时越来越关注在线口碑评价,在线口碑评价的优劣已成为经济型酒店入住率的重要影响因素。本文选择三亚的经济型酒店的在线口碑评论为研究对象,采用内容分析法对在线口碑评价的文本进行研究,得出十二个评价主题以及三亚经济型酒店的总体表现,进而提出在线口碑评价提升建议。
In recent years, the hotel industry in Sanya booming development, hotels continue to increase the number of travel makes the economy increasingly competitive with each other. Consumers in the era of mobile Internet pay more and more attention to online word of mouth evaluation when choosing a hotel. The advantages and disadvantages of online word of mouth evaluation have become important influential factors of economy hotel occupancy rate. This article selects the online word-of-mouth reviews of Sanya’s economy hotels as the research object, uses content analysis method to study the online word-of-mouth evaluation texts, draws twelve evaluation themes and the overall performance of Sanya economy hotels, and then proposes the online word of mouth evaluation to enhance Suggest.
