为解决在职党员进社区工作存在“报而不到”“到而不为”“为而无用”等问题,2015年以来,北京石景山区结合调查研究引入“互联网+党建”概念,探索建设“一呼百应”党员综合服务系统,确保在职党员服务和群众需求“不脱钩”。该系统以组织和引导在职党员进社区开展志愿服务为切入点和着力点,依托微信公众号、门户网站、手机APP进行研发,并先后在5个社区开展了两轮测试。成立调度指挥中心,设计了精神家园、志愿服务、爱心超市3个模块,推行“居民点单、支部下单、党员接单”三单制服务模式,提升服务群众的针对性 In order to solve the problem that there are some problems in the work of serving party members such as entering the community, since 2015, Beijing Shijingshan District has introduced “Internet + Party Building ”Concept, explore the building “ every hesitant ”party member comprehensive service system to ensure that the serving party members and the masses demand “ not decoupling ”.
