高血压与异常葡萄糖耐量有关。已证实妊高征(PIH)和先兆子痫的发生率在Ⅰ型糖尿病孕妇中增加,而关予先兆子痫和妊娠期葡萄糖耐量降低之间的关系许多报告是矛盾的。作者对1987年4月~1988年3月一年内本院分娩的4728名产妇中有孕期葡萄糖耐量降低的284名孕妇(占6%)进行了前瞻性的研究,以澄清妊娠期葡萄糖耐量降低与PIH和先兆子痫间的关系,同时评估其围产病率。以口服75g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)2小时的结果将孕妇分为3组。糖尿病组(GDM,n=81人)为至少2项值等于或高于下列OGTT值:
Hypertension is associated with abnormal glucose tolerance. The incidence of PIH and preeclampsia has been shown to increase in type I diabetic pregnant women, and many reports are conflicting in the relationship between preeclampsia and impaired glucose tolerance in pregnancy. The authors conducted a prospective study of 284 pregnant women (6%) with gestational impaired glucose tolerance among 4728 mothers delivered in our hospital from April 1987 to March 1988 in order to clarify the relationship between impaired glucose tolerance PIH and preeclampsia, while assessing its perinatal rate. Pregnant women were divided into three groups as a result of an oral 75 g glucose tolerance test (OGTT) for 2 hours.
