在婴幼儿HBV高感染村,实施一人一针一管一用一消毒的严格措施后,使一岁儿童HBV感染率下降53.0％,HBsAg阳性率下降55.5％,使HBsAg阴性母亲的1～2岁儿童HBV感染率下降64.6％～76.4％,HBsAg阳性率降低78.6％～81.9％。
In infants and young children infected with HBV at a high level, one-on-one, one-on-one disinfection and strict measures were adopted to reduce the one-year-old children’s HBV infection rate by 53.0%, the HBsAg-positive rate by 55.5% and the HBsAg-negative mothers by 1-2 years Children with HBV infection decreased by 64.6% to 76.4%, HBsAg-positive rate decreased 78.6% to 81.9%.
