汽车零部件企业在几十年的发展历程中积累了丰富经验的同时,也积攒了不少问题。这些问题往往是与整个生产流程相关,牵一发而动全身,需要流程相关部门共同解决。然而,部门与部门之间却似乎总存在一层厚厚的壁垒,每个部门最优先考虑的只是本部门利益最大化,却忽略了部门利益的源头即企业利益应该如何确保。这层壁垒不仅影响了企业弊病的消除,更分解了企业合力,破坏了企业氛围,成为众多企业家的心头病。
