木文报告了1984～1988年住院的单纯型肾病综合征55例。测血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)55例,IgG降低者70.9％,IgA和IgM多数患者是正常的。有8例单纯型肾病综合征血清IgG均是降低的,其IgG_1是显著低于正常(P<0.01)、IgG_2与正常值无差异、IgG_3显著高于正常(P<0.01)、IgG_4也显著高于正常(P<0.01)。
Wood reported 1984 to 1988 hospitalized simple nephrotic syndrome in 55 cases. Serum immunoglobulin (Ig) 55 cases, 70.9% of patients with decreased IgG, IgA and IgM most patients are normal.
