1990年我公司承包了衡阳钢管厂废钢车间工程,其设计共三跨。第一期工程两跨,BC跨度40.8m、CD跨度24m;柱距为12m与24m;建筑面积15005m~2。屋架为梯形钢屋架,40.8m的跨重13.5t,共45榀;24m跨的30榀。砼立柱的顶部是钢柱头架,其轴向与钢托架用螺栓连接,轴间用12个M20的螺栓固定梯形钢屋架。合同规定工期8个月,工程量大、加工精度高、工期紧迫、给施工带来了大难度。现场吊装配有50t履带吊1台、40t液压吊1台,为保证工程的顺利完成,我们紧紧抓住钢结构的规范制作和最佳施工及吊装方案的实施这两个环节,在无
In 1990, our company contracted the steel workshop of Hengyang Steel Tube Factory and designed a total of three spans. The first phase of the project consists of two spans, with a BC span of 40.8m and a CD span of 24m; pillar spacing of 12m and 24m; and a building area of 15005m~2. The truss is a trapezoidal steel roof truss, with a 40.8m crossover weight of 13.5t, a total of 45 ft; and a 24m span of 30 ft. The top of the column is a steel column head frame, which is bolted to the steel bracket in the axial direction, and the trapezoidal steel truss is fixed with 12 M20 bolts between the shafts. The contract stipulates that the construction period is 8 months. The project has large quantities, high processing precision, and tight schedules, which brings great difficulties to the construction. The on-site crane is equipped with a 50t crawler crane and a 40t hydraulic crane. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the project, we firmly grasp the two aspects of the standard production of steel structures and the implementation of the best construction and hoisting program.
