争议劳动法A面事件回顾:2008年1月1日起,新《劳动合同法》正式生效。相关立法专家解释新法旨在响应中国政府建立和谐社会的号召,梳理中国日益复杂的劳资关系,以保障中低收入者合法权益。然而这部涉及中国亿万劳动者的重要法律,从起草到出台始终伴随社会各界的热烈议论,为此,国务院出台《中华人民共和国劳动合同法实施条例(草案)》作为《劳动合同法》的细化和延伸,却又引发新一轮的争议。
A controversial labor law A side review: January 1, 2008 onwards, the new “Labor Contract Law” came into force. Relevant legislative experts explained that the new law aims to respond to the Chinese government's call for a harmonious society and to sort out the increasingly complex labor-management relations in China so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of low- and middle-income earners. However, this important law involving hundreds of millions of Chinese laborers has been heatedly discussed from the drafting to the promulgation of various sectors of the society. To this end, the State Council has promulgated the “Regulations on the Implementation of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft)” as the “Labor Contract Law” Refine and extend, but triggered a new round of controversy.
